Hi,
it's my third year of deviantARTing and I would like to come up with something different than what I was doing here until now.

Recently I'm quite enthusiastic as I managed to find a language course of Assimil, which, according to Prof. Arguelles, whom I admire for his language skills, is the best out there. Does anyone know of Assimil and have an opinion about this series? I found a few courses, namely for: French, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese, but I'd rather not choose the two latter ones, because they consist of few pages, whereas French and Spanish have around 600. Should I give it a try? Which one would you recommend me - français or español?

WHAT IT WILL BE ABOUT

I want to do translations. But since I don't have much time, I won't be so active around here. That's why I won't pick up anything myself, but if you think a text - poem, song lyrics or prose - needs to be translated, you can send it to me with specifying which language you want it in. However, since my language skills suck - what makes me special is only that I read about many different tongues, but it's the basics what I have - the translations will be imperfect, but I'd like to write down my notes how I did them and encourage you to correct me.
